Family tree research

After initial consultation with the customer I research in the Northumberland archives for the relevant information. At this point I also do some background internet research of the family concerned, if it hasn't already been done by the customer. 

After I have reached the agreed search time, I write a report to the customer and send it to them by email. The report will contain information obtained directly from the archives, any photocopies requested then scanned, my invoice and a covering letter.
